1 · Product Health Check. Free, ten minutes on your own or forty-five with us. A score across the four areas and a clear picture of where you stand.
2 · Tech Review. Two to three weeks. The real state of your product, read in the code, with prioritized technical recommendations and a straight rescue-or-rebuild verdict. A report you own.
3 · Make it production-ready. Six to sixteen weeks. A scoped project: security hardened, a real test suite, the architecture your roadmap needs, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and handover.
4 · Grow as your team. A senior-led team embedded for as long as you need it: owning the architecture, shipping features, keeping quality from sliding back, and helping you hire the team you'll eventually run yourself.
