Ruby on Rails Engineer. Santiago is a Computer Science Engineer with great passion for good architecture and a best practices activist. He is a database specialist and has a great hand for infrastructure configuration and tuning. He has been focusing in agile practices since he came across with them, leading several projects using Scrum and XP. Scrum Master and team leader of several of WyeWorks projects.
José Ignacio Costa
Ruby on Rails Engineer with a great eye for UI design and end user experience mastering Javascript and AJAX frameworks. He has been building cool rich Web 2.0 applications for over the past five years, having extremely solid Java EE foundations. José is advocated to the study of agile methodologies and scripting languages constantly seeking to increase productivity. Scrum Master and team leader of several of WyeWorks projects.

Ruby on Rails Craftsman with extremely deep knowledge of the Rails framework. He shares the passion for web development and agile methodologies with the rest of the team, and always keeps his code clean, simple and super productive. Web 2.0 All-Star Designer with a great ability to capture the clients artistic demands and bring them to life on the web using the tools and the knowledge he has been acquiring during the past 5 years as a professional designer. He's extremely neat code and theorical concepts makes the designer-programmer barrier dissapear.
