Santiago Pastorino
Santiago is a Senior Web Developer with a Computer Science degree, passionate about creating extremely high quality products using the very best practices and getting things perfectly done. He is a strong believer in Open Source Software, in fact he is a very active Rails Core Contributor, and has made some contributions to many other Open Source projects. He is also the developer behind railsplugins.org (Rails3 version) and rails-benchs, one of the maintainers of rails_xss, acts_as_list, acts_as_tree, autocomplete plugins and is a Rails Mentor on RailsBridge. Lately he's performing an intership on Engine Yard that aims to improve the internals of Ruby on Rails. We believe he has a serious addiction to Coca-Cola and chocolate, but that's all the fuel he needs to code.

José Ignacio Costa
José is a Senior Web Developer who has been passionate about crafting software since 2001. As an excellent mix of a best practices activist and a pragmatic programmer, he became a natural problem solver and team leader. He's an agile and Ruby on Rails enthusiast and those arround him know his love for Test Driven Development and great quality software. He'd love to write the tests that prove your application has gone wrong, before he fixes it. In other words, he's a testing freak. He's a Rails Core Contributor, maintainer of rails_xss plugin and in his little spare time contributes to other open source projects.
