Meet the team

  • Santiago Pastorino

    Santiago is a Rails Core Team Member, devoted Open Source developer and Co-Founder of WyeWorks. He's a well rounded Software Engineer, perfectionist and passionate about creating extremely high quality products using the very best practices. As a side effect of getting his Computer Science degree, he is now proudly addicted to Coca-Cola and chocolate.

  • José Ignacio Costa

    José is a Software Engineer, Rails Core Contributor and Co-Founder of WyeWorks. As an excellent mix of a best practices activist and a pragmatic programmer, he became a natural problem solver and team leader. Passionate about agile development, Ruby on Rails, his good-enough-for-amateur basketball skills and his frustrated musician career.

  • Sebastián Martínez

    Sebastián is an experienced web developer and Rails Core Contributor in the constant search of pragmatic excellence using lean approaches. He has a natural instinct when finding the root cause of problems. He is a strong believer in open source, managing to contribute to some projects in his spare time. He may have an unhealthy obsession with coffee, but nothing to worry about in the predictable future.

  • Leonardo Capillera

    Leonardo is a senior Web developer with a very strong background in scaling and performance optimization that he exercised through his years working for the government telecommunications company. When he's not working on refactoring and speeding up some transaction, he brings rivals to their knees in the soccer amateur league.

  • Gonzalo Rodríguez

    Gonzalo is a web developer obsessed with clean code. He always finds something to improve, producing high quality software as a result. Eager to get to know the internals of every project he participates in, he also brings the fresh air needed to get things done. He can be also found playing soccer in the amateur league, or playing some good music on his guitar.

  • Jorge Bejar

    Jorge is a swiss army knife Software Engineer, who has been successfully put to the test as a developer and team leader in many fields of the vast computer science world. Now as a former games developer, he brings all his mad skills to our Rails ecosystem. He has also officially dethroned Sebastián as the loudest guy at the office.

  • Fabián Rodríguez

    Fabián is a calm german educated web developer starting to make his way through open source which he loved for longer than he can remember. He produces amazing stuff very early in the mornings, under caffeine effects of course. He loves swimming, movies, rooting for his soccer team and playing around with his guitar. Oh! and he hates kitties.

  • Marcelo Domínguez

    Marcelo is a hyperactive web developer who manages to calm his anxiety with his detail oriented coding skills and by digging deep into the core of every problem he faces. He loves sports and played handball for the national team back in the day. You wouldn't want to bother this programer in the morning or before he's had his daily soup.

  • Juan Azambuja

    Juan is a web developer who always amuses us for having the strongest convictions over the most weird topics. He is curious about almost anything tech-related and can be seen performing the most dangerous technical experiments, fortunately, at his home lab. For him, Coke is a meal, period.

  • Braulio Martínez

    Braulio is a web developer with a great vibe we all love and fear at the same time. He has a great passion for technology that we can all relate to, but if this was not enough he can make you come into your senses with his great expertise in brazilian jiu jitsu and mixed martial arts. Not a guy you'd want to upset during a code review.

  • Martín Carricaburu

    Martín is the most joyful accounting assistant you can get. He has a great background in accounting and finance but his real passion and natural skill is business management which he also performs cheerfully at WyeWorks. He steps up to his profession by being the only one in the office wearing shirts every day.
